Who is the Okanogan Coalition for Health Improvement (CHI)?
CHI brings together a network of healthcare providers, social workers, educators, mental health providers, public health leaders, elected representatives and Tribal members. This network, from all corners of Okanogan County, is working to eliminate the health disparities that keep our neighbors, clients, and communities from living a full and healthy life. It is one of three community coalitions in north central Washington started by the North Central Accountable Communities of Health.

Identify community health needs and put them at the heart of community health strategy.

Align our Coalition around why health disparities exist and how we can best respond.
Mobilize
Mobilize our network to collectively and effectively respond to our community health needs.
